GRAFITTI ?

One thing I dont get about the Ass-Holes that go around scribling on everything.
If they are so proud of what they are doing why dont they write their real name instead of some stupid jibberish that makes no sense.
I wonder what he parents think little bozo is doing when he goes out at 9 O clock at night with backpack on.
Do they think he has school books in there ?, is he going camping ?
Why dont the parents look inside the back pack?
The city should do like Allentown Pa. did. Raise the fine for getting caught up to a point where it will really hurt the parents . They also have a tip line if you see or know who is doing it and they get caught the tipster gets a reward of like $500.
Last month they caught an ass-hole that had defaced hundreds of buildings in Allentown and charged him with felony vandalism. The cost of all the claean up cost over $3000. Any crime that causes a loss of over $2000 can be called a felony.
The thing that really pisses me off is that there are areas of the city that are just covered with chicken-shit scrible .
If these ass-holes want to live like that why dont they move there instead of destroying nice areas?

Oh, I hate that shit more than anybody else! I do my best to keep my neighborhood free of that blight! Nothing brings a neighborhood down faster than graffiti. I keep a whole bunch of solvents and cleaning supplies in my car to get rid of it the second I see it. If the job is too big for me to tackle, I call C.L.I.P.! They do a great job of getting rid of this shit. It's usually gone within 24 hours.

Ha Ha Ha . Sadly I cant lay blame on the mud people for all the gaffitti. I see the stupid white kids doing it pretending to be black.And that is worse.
What would happen if the city said "due to the money problems we are not going to open any swimming pools and all the lights will be turned off at the 24/7 basketball courts"
Reason,,,,we cant pay for graffitti removal AND pools etc. Its your choice, stop the graffitti and we will reopen the pools.

Funny you should mention the Ipod thing.
I do a lot of walking in the park and see the mess the Ipod A-holes are making with their party spots.
I have found Ipods in amongst the beer cans from time to time. I take the Ipod , break it in two and sit on the plastic lawn chair that was stolen from some one.
I figure the A-H will sober up and come back for the Ipod only to find it broken.
Also I have found cell phones in the same situation.
I look to see if MOM or DAD is listed and call them to let them know just where their little darling was last night.
Then break the phone in two and sit it on the chair.

Oh you would be surprised at the reaction of some of the Moms. Some are totaly shocked and one got all snotty and demanded I return the phone.
I told her I was taking the phone to the North East Detectives office and was going to show them the pictures stored on the phone of the daughter and friends smoking pot in her home and car.
I wonder if she went over to get the phone?
