7242 Rising Avenue - King's 99 Cent Store - "HAVOC" tagged three times in black spray paint two feet high on north wall.

CLIP/PAGN have been out to clean the properties that I reported damaged by graffiti vandalism on Monday, February 8. Apparently, the same defiant assholes, notably ARME, have once again damaged the north wall of 7200 Rising Sun Avenue. 7200 Rising Sun Avenue is home to the Ken Crest childcare center.

The damage is pink spray paint, (to reflect their effeminate nature) against a buff-colored cinderblock wall. How do these faggots manage to hold a spray can with their limp wrists?

...the more damage I see. These assholes ARME and HAVOC have really done a number on the neighborhood. I was coming back from lunch to see the Crown Chicken at 7275 Rising Sun Avenue (SE corner of Cottman and Rising Sun) has been heavily damaged with pink spray paint by ARME and HAVOC on the west (Rising Sun) and north (Cottman) walls. The surface is red brick and will definitely need to be power-washed. They have also hit a green steel electrical box behind the Auto Zone on 7350 Oxford Avenue which I somewhat managed to clean with what I had on me. It will need to be repainted. These Brokeback Buttheads have also managed to fuck-up a truck owned by the Beehive Thrift Shop with their retarded tags.

These motherfuckers better hope the cops catch them before I do. I will hang them up by their necks with piano wire on meathooks! I will drown them in their own fucking blood!
