My wife wanted to go see it for her birthday so we went.
It is not a happy movie. It has a sad start and a let down finish. The only thing I can say is that by law every kid between 8 and 16 years old should be made to watch it. There is no graphic sex in it and that is good. There is a bit of violence in it . Mostly there are quite a few really bad dream areas that seemed well thought out but ugly. There were long fantasy kind of dream areas that if you had them you would know you were dreaming. In several spots you think they are going to catch the bad guy because some one notices him doing strange things , but no . At the end , well it is just a stupid ending that leaves you wishing it eneded better. |

That was locally filmed and my father in laws classic car was in it. They paid him well too and it only was in for a split second. I liked it.. we made our 15 year old watch it. He was amazed how nice that guy was and what he was capable of ultimately

Is your father in law listed in the production giude? Did you stay and watch the credits to see if you were listed? We have to stay and watch the credits of all Philly films. You may have done your 15 year old a world of good. |

no, his car was an 'extra' in it. He had to drive it in another shoot but that part ended up on the cutting room floor lol if you looks real careful as she was driving the 65 Mustang quickly to the hospital, his car was parked in the background |

Now you may or may not know what an MGTD is but it is a classic British sports car. Even when they were new they were quirky to drive. The were not a car that just anyone could jump in and go. Anyway it came about that they wanted to use it is a comercial for some item that was called Classic something or an other. I was up for it untill I found out that they wanted the person in the ad to run and jump into the car and race away like you see in those European road races. I declined the request. |

I know what a MGTD is
I have built many race cars/show cars in my life. I have raced at many tracks on the east coast and have had my cars in and have written many articles for automotive magazines. Now I told you a little about me..

I sold it and picked up a vehicle that is just the opposite of it. I went from flowing sporty lines to a boxie brute. I found a 1953 Dodge military M37 Power Wagon. It needs some work but thats part of the fun. |
